Reveal the Steel Review

Hello and welcome to our review of the "Reveal the Steel" Fitness Program. Chances are that you already heard about this book and you want to find out more about it...well that's great because you're in the right place! If this is the first time you hear about this program, fell free to check out the Official Website first. So now let's take a closer look at exactly what you will find in the 150 pages of “Reveal the Steel”:

1. The first chapters are all about diets and nutrition and they start with foods that you can eat throughout the whole year while still being able to keep your body in good shape. And we are not talking here about the same old classic “healthy foods”. Right from the beginning the author takes a radical approach on diet, allowing you to eat “forbidden foods” such as cakes, ice-cream, chocolate and even to drink alcohol from time to time (this is something unheard in the world of Fitness).

2. In the second chapter you will find some more healthy aliments that you can eat as well as the best supplements you can use
3. In the third chapter the author tells you the most important aspect to success, the thing that you definitely don’t have to neglect
4. Chapter four talks about a very controversial diet at this moment - “Intermittent Fasting”. You will learn how to approach this method and avoid its pitfalls
5. The next chapter has 14 pages and it shows you exactly how to burn fat and get “photo-shoot ready”

The next 4 chapters of the book are covering aspects about myths and misconceptions that are very popular in the world of Fitness and Bodybuilding.

Frequently Asked Questions about The Fat Loss Factor

In a previous article we made a short Review of "The Fat Loss Factor" weight loss program and because many people wanted to know more info about it, we decided to write  this article. We hope it's useful and will help you decide whether to buy this program or not.

Q: What is “The Fat Loss Factor”?

A: In just a few words, The Fat Loss Factor is a complex e-book that gives you complete information on how to lose weight in a healthy way. It relies on the fact that your body needs to be detoxified  first in order to burn the fat and function properly. Over a period of 12 weeks, the book will guide you step by step and will tell you all you need to know to reach your weight loss goals. The book itself has info on both diets and exercise and the  package also comes with videos to help you in the detox process, methods to choose healthy meal plans through software programs, a list of foods to buy, workout routines and exercises as well as personal coaching and lifetime updates.

Q: Is this program only for women?

A: Definitely NOT! It has complete info for both men and women, each advice being customized for specific needs. It’s easy to tell a lady what to eat and how to train but you can’t apply the same principles for men. That’s why the author included advices for men, helping them improve their diet and lifestyle without having to feel ashamed of what they eat (we all know the stupid belief that “a guy eating salads and fruits is so gay” )

Q: Where can I get “The Fat Loss Factor” from?

A: You can buy the product directly from the Official Website.  Simply click here!

Q: Who wrote this book?

A: The book is written by Dr. Charles Livingston. He is a respected Chiropractic Physician, Fitness Expert, Nutritionist and weight loss consultant that helped many people reach their goals. His system was effective for both men and women and for a wide variety of people of different ages and social profiles. For example his first patient was a mom of 3.

Q: How much does it cost?

Can You Have 5 Kids and Look Amazing at 47?

1. Tell us something about yourself!

My name is Samantha Celaya, I live in Southern California.  I am 47 years old and a mother of 5, proud grandmother of a grandson! I have been doing medical billing and collections for 20 years.

2. For how long you’ve been working out and what progress have you made?

I started working out in June 2012 because I really needed to lose weight, thought I would be happy with losing 20 pounds.  As I continued to work out and became addicted to it, I have now lost 40 pounds!  I started out with Zumba classes then Yoga and Pilates then started a Body Pump class.  I loved lifting so I started hitting weights. I was so lost when I first started, I hit everything all in one day! LOL  After some help from my #FitFam on Twitter and the internet, I now have this down. I now lift weights daily and I am getting stronger and leaner by the day! I have gained confidence that I never imagined.

3. How did you managed to recover after your 5 pregnancies and get in the amazing shape you are today?

The only way to recover from anything is through complete dedication and discipline to no end. My children support me and my goals and they encourage me to keep going.  This new lifestyle does not include a “diet”, the key is to change your eating habits and fuel your body with healthy foods.

4. Which is your actual training routine?

The Fat Loss Factor Review

"The Fat Loss Factor" is a newly released weight loss system that is creating a huge buzz at the moment. A lot of people have claimed that it is highly effective and it helped them a lot.  The program was created by Dr. Charles Livingston who is a qualified chiropractor as well as a wellness specialist. Take note that his credentials are seemingly concrete. He created The Fat Loss Factor eBook after he experimented with some of his patients who were able to lose up to 90 pounds.

The Fat Loss Factor is a revolutionary program that shows that weight loss is achievable even with an occasional eating spree. This is ideal since the mental stress of limiting down on desired food is one fact that forces many people to quit. As an alternative of incorporating the customary boot camp type of weight loss routine, the Fat Loss Factor is a well balanced and attainable program that average individuals can use.

The program begins with a 2-weeks detoxification period where Dr. Charles Livingston advises you to consume only organic vegetables and fruits. This is followed by 10 weeks of weight loss. Take note that the principles behind the program are quite simple. First, stress only makes weight loss difficult to achieve. Minimize stress and your goal of weight loss is easier to achieve as well as including exercises in order to lower down mental stress. The Fat Loss Factor also promotes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This is very useful since it takes a lesser amount of time than staying for many hours on a treadmill.
The meal plan included in the program is specialized to boost fat burning where small meals should be eaten many times a day instead of the classic 3 meals a day. It includes a list of foods to be avoided and those that can boost weight loss as well as the ideal time to eat meals to further increase fat burn. Even strength training is an essential part of the "Fat Loss Factor" program since it facilitates the body to build muscles as well as increase weight loss by boosting the metabolism. Lastly, drinking a lot of water is a vital part of the program since it flushes out toxins and helps cut down fat.

The Fat loss Factor program is based on studies that actually work. The program requires a good amount of determination and effort, so if you are intending to lose weight then you should definitely give it a try. Simply click here to visit the official website and get your copy today!

Mom of 2 Drops 37 lbs and Makes Fitness Her Lifestyle -- A Great Interview with Sarah

1. Tell us something about yourself

Hi! My name is Sarah Failla! I am a married 33 year old mother of two boys! Just this summer (’12) we relocated back to the USA after living the last 5 years in China. I don’t have a degree, but have traveled and worked in over 40 countries. Currently, I am a work at home mom as a Beachbody Coach and we also homeschool my son 1.5 days a week which mixes in with a local Montessori school he goes to.

2. What determined you to start losing weight and to have a healthy lifestyle?
It almost happened as an accident. To explain, I didn’t set out with a goal to lose X amount of weight. I was always 170+ and honestly didn’t think going lower was possible. One summer I got one of the biggest tools that helped me lose weight -- a heart rate monitor watch. I’m serious! I am a numbers nerd and when I began seeing how many calories I burned (or didn’t burn on a lazy day) it was a reality check. And it also made it into a game to see how many calories I could burn each day.

So with my new gadget, a Weight Watchers food guidebook, and a summer of playing outside with my husband and son I began to see the weight drop. I was happy with myself at 170 + because I didn’t think I could be smaller. I thought I was just ‘big boned’. If I had attempted to lose weight in the past I would never get under 170, which encouraged the ‘big boned’ mindset. But that summer, I saw 169 on the scale and everything changed. I kept doing what I was doing and I then saw 159! I was like WHAT??? And from there I was inspired to do more. I celebrated every pound like it was 100. Remember, I thought 170 was my set point.
3. Tell us more about your progress over the past years.

Get a 6-Pack Like Lazar Angelov – 7 Common Questions About Abs

The Six Pack Abs” – the dream of any guy and the fantasy of any woman, yet one of the most difficult things to achieve. Personally I consider it “the holy grail” of bodybuilding. There are many guys who can gain some muscle, there are many who can lose some weight but there are very few who really manage to get a six pack.  So let’s take a closer look at some of the most frequently asked questions about abs.

1. How Can I Get A Six Pack?

The theory is very simple: everyone has abs and everyone is born with a six pack…all you need to do is burn the fat that covers it and reveal it. Besides this, you also need to strengthen the abs muscles a bit, through specific exercises.

2. How Do I Reveal The Lower Abs?

While you can grow your upper abs and make them “pop out”, there is not much you can do about the lower abs. Yes it’s recommended to work them with certain exercises, but to reveal them you really need to work on your diet and burn the fat. You know what they say: “Abs Are Made in The Kitchen, Not in The Gym”.

3. What Percentage of Body Fat Do You Need to Have a Six Pack?

This depends on how developed your abs are and on your genetics. But usually you begin to see the upper abs at 12% Body Fat, they look quite nice at 10%, and below 8% Body Fat they are amazing! Smaller percentages of body fat are only needed for professional bodybuilders and top athletes. These are the numbers for men and for women the figures are slightly higher (see the image below and click on it to enlarge it).

4. How Often Should I Train My Abs?

It's OK Bro, I'm Bulking!

Old School New Body Review

It is a fact of life that our bodies are going to change over time and this is because they are not built to last forever. Eventually fatigue is going to set in, our muscles will become tired and we will look a shadow of our former selves. The "Old School New Body Program" aims to combat this and helps to give you a much younger looking body for a longer time.

Now let's take a closer look at what can be found in this really great program. Its main purpose is to knock back the perception that in order to improve your frame you need to spend hours upon hours in the gym and to eat "low fat foods". It aims to change your body within 90 days, something which those die hard people in the gym are simply unable to do.

Phase 1 - F4X Lean

The first phase of the book is created with the intention of getting you to make slight changes in your movement style and nutrition. Despite these changes are small, you will notice big improvements! An "F4X Lean Meal Plan" is thrown in for good measure. Many people actually find that they get everything they need from the first phase and do not need to do anything else. There is nothing too strenuous here, i.e. you won't be hitting the gym or spending hours a day doing cardio. The plan is made for the older generation after all.

Phase 2 - F4X Shape

Once you have lost all the weight you want then you will head to Phase 2 of the plan. The idea of this phase is to add a bit of muscle to your frame, which of course is going to make you look absolutely fabulous. Here you will change the way that you lift and your nutrition but nothing will be too major. In fact, it is just a simple enhancement of the previous phase. This will further increase the amount of weight that you are going to lose. Did you know that once you start building up muscle during this stage you will be able to eat more? This is because your muscles burn off a lot of calories whilst at rest.

Phase 3 - F4X Build

This is the stage of the program that only a few people may want to head onto, it certainly isn't for everybody. The idea here is to teach you how to add extra muscle to your body so you look like you have worked out often, however you won't be adding so much that it looks like you have been addicted to steroids for many years. Once again this works by making small changes to your current nutrition plan and movement, nothing too strenuous either.

This really is the secret to the perfect body for older people: you will need to put in a lot of work to start with, although it becomes easier as you get closer to your goals. The "Old School New Body" program is here to help you and assist you through the entire process. It really is packed full of content that will get you looking great incredibly quickly, and it can be used by anyone whether you are 30, 40, 50, 60 or even more!
