A Shocking Legs Workout by Ben Pakulski


1. Start with some Legs Extensions to warm up your legs. Do 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

2. Then continue with the Barbell Squats. This is the most difficult and also the most effective legs exercise, and you will have to do 8 sets of 20, 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 6 reps! To make it even more difficult, perform the last sets as a superset: Squats (6 reps) combined with the Leg Press (30 reps).

3. Continue with the Leg Press and do 6 sets of 20 reps. They have to be deep, with constant tension on the legs and with no break between the reps -- continuous movement. On the last set, after doing the 20 reps, continue by taking off some weight from the press, then do 5 reps and take some more weight off, do another 5 reps and continue like this until there are no weights left. 


4. Continue this killer legs workout with some Lunges. At this point, your own body-weight will be enough.

5. Leg Extensions (again!) -- just one set. Start with the same weight you used at the beginning of the workout and do 6-10 reps. Then decrease the weight to the next lower level and do another 6-10 reps without any break. Continue like this until there are no weights left on the leg extensions machine.

6. Limp on the way back home! It is recommended to bring a friend with you to the gym that will help you walk back home after this shocking legs workout!
